Industrial Land Inventory

The Township of Mapleton updated its industrial land inventory in April, 2001 to provide prospective employers and industrial land developers with basic information on potential sites available for industrial uses. The inventory includes the current land use policies and maps of the Wellington County Official Plan as well as the Zoning By-law that applies to the Township. The Township has a large amount of industrial land available for future development. The following is a list of land designated through the Township's Zoning By-law and the County of Wellington Official Plan:

The lands would be serviced by municipal water and sewer systems.
