On Monday, November 13, 2006 electors across the Township will exercise their right to vote for the offices of Mayor, Township Councillors, County Council (Ward 2) and English Public School Board Trustee (Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North - Wards 1 & 3) and English Separate School Board Trustee (Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North and Centre Wellington - Wards 1,3, & 5)

What if I don’t receive a Voter Kit?
If a qualified elector does not receive a Voter Kit or if the Voter Kit is lost or destroyed, a new Voter Kit may only be issued by attending at the Township Office, 7275 Sideroad 3, (former Peel Township) after October 30th, 2006 during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Municipal Clerk or designate will verify the elector’s eligibility to vote. If the elector is qualified to vote and is not already on the Voters’ List, an Application to Amend the Voter’s List shall be completed and signed to add the elector’s name to the Voters’ List and the elector will then provided with a Voter Kit.
