ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I – CONTRACT 1 YEAR The Township of Mapleton is seeking a highly motivated, creative individual with excellent customer service skills for an Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will primarily support the CAO Clerk and Deputy Clerk in the day to day operations of the Clerk’s department including agenda preparation and reception duties for the administration office. Qualifications: In addition to excellent customer service skills, the successful applicant will possess top notch computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and working knowledge of the internet. Previous experience in municipal government is a definite asset. This is a full time one year contract position with a 35 hour work week. The contract has the potential to be extended to eighteen months. A copy of the job description is available upon request.
