Important Utility Update: PAP Withdrawal Issue Resolved

DRAYTON, ON – SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 - Northern Maple Utilities Inc. is advising customers that the technical issue affecting Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) withdrawals originally scheduled for September 15, 2026, has been resolved.

Affected PAP withdrawals will now be processed on Friday, September 18, 2026.

This update applies to Drayton Monthly and Bi-Monthly Utility PAP customers and Moorefield Monthly Utility PAP customers who were impacted by the delay.

As previously communicated, customers will not incur any additional charges or penalties as a result of the delayed withdrawal.

Northern Maple Utilities Inc. apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused and thanks customers for their patience and understanding while the issue was being resolved.
