Important Water and Wastewater Billing Update

The Township of Mapleton has transitioned to an updated water and wastewater billing system through Northern Maple Utilities Inc. (NMU).

Water and wastewater customers will notice a new bill format and a new 8-digit account number. Payments must now be made to Northern Maple Utilities Inc.

Before Making a Payment

Please review your new bill carefully and ensure you are using your new 8-digit account number. Updates may be required for:

• Online banking

• Cheque payments

• Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP)

If you previously used Pre-Authorized Payments, please ensure your payment information has been updated for the new billing system.
