Notice: Delay in Scheduled Pre-Authorized Utility Payments

DRAYTON, ON – SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 - Northern Maple Utilities Inc. is advising customers of a technical issue affecting Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) withdrawals scheduled for September 15, 2026.

The delay impacts Drayton Monthly and Bi-Monthly Utility PAP customers and Moorefield Monthly Utility PAP customers.

Due to the technical issue, scheduled withdrawals will not be processed on September 15 as anticipated. Affected customers will not incur any additional charges or penalties as a result of the delay.

Northern Maple Utilities Inc. is working to resolve the issue and will provide an update once the scheduled withdrawals can be processed. Customers are encouraged to check back for further information.
