Public Notice Drayton & Moorefield Water Hydrant/Water System Flushing

The Township of Mapleton’s water systems operator, Ontario Clean Water Agency, will be flushing the Drayton and Moorefield water systems during the week of July 6, 2026 for general maintenance of the water systems. Due to sedimentation, this flushing may cause temporary discolouration of the water. Ontario Clean Water Agency is advising residences to check their cold water supply before use. If discolouration occurs, please let the cold water run until it is clear.
