Children's Programs and Camps

The Township of Mapleton offers high-quality, registered recreational programming for children from JK to Grade 6 through its Before & After School Program and seasonal day camp options. Children are supported in a safe, familiar environment during instructional days before and after school, as well as through engaging summer and day camp programming.

Financial Assistance

Child Care Fee Subsidy

Child care fee subsidy can help to pay for licensed child care for children ages birth to 12 years. It is only available at centres that are subsidy approved by the County of Wellington. For more information, please visit the Wellington County website.

Free to Grow Program

The Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington offers a Free to Grow Program. he Free to Grow Program nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill opportunities such as sports, arts, camps, driver's education training and leadership development.
