Zoning

The Township is governed by a comprehensive zoning by-law which sets out the permitted uses on a property. All new buildings or additions (even if a building permit is not required) must comply with the zoning by-law and the County of Wellington Official Plan.

The various zoning maps below are dated as of January 2020, any amendments after this are reflective in the updated zoning By-law chart.
