By-Law Complaint 

If you see any damaged municipal property that requires repair, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.

To report a dead domestic or wild animal on Township roadways please call Township Office 519-638-3313.

If you are aware of a street light that requires repair, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.

The Township of Mapleton handles all complaints in a confidential manner, according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Should you need to file a complaint, please contact the Township of Mapleton at 519-638-3313.

Alternatively, you can contact the Ontario Ombudsman, an independent body appointed to collect and investigate complaints regarding government and agency services.

If you see any potholes or road issues that require repair, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046

To report a sewer system issue such as backups, catch basins/manhole cover issues, street flooding, storm pond and drainage issues, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.

If you are aware of any trip hazards, cracks, or ponding water on sidewalks, driveway approaches, curbs and/or gutters, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.

If you see any Township trails that are in need of maintenance, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.

To report water system issues such as repairs, service box issues, water quality and water meters, please contact our Public Works Department at 519-638-3313 ext. 046.
