- Fixed Charge - this is a flat rate charge that is utilized to fund infrastructure repairs and replacements and is based on the size of water meter
- Variable Charge - this charge is a fee per cubic meter, based upon actual consumption as reported on the water meter. A declining block rate is used - usage up-to and including 34 m3 is charged the standard rate, while usage over 34 m3 is charged a lower rate.
