The Asset Management Plan is Township's road map for sustainable infrastructure planning going forward.

Asset Management Plan

The 2025 Asset Management Plan (AMP) is a comprehensive update to the previous 2022 and 2024 AMPs and was developed in alignment with the Township’s strategic plan pillars. It includes plans for the infrastructure that are key to the wellbeing and livability of the community. With the development of this AMP the Township achieved compliance with July 1, 2025, requirements under O. Reg. 588/17. This includes requirements for proposed levels of service and inventory reporting for all asset categories. More details on compliance can be found in section 2.5.1 O. Reg. 588/17 Compliance Review.

The Asset Management Plan is a comprehensive long-term plan for capital assets that is developed using the best available information to support capital and financial decision-making. The plan will continue to be reviewed and updated in accordance with legislative requirements and evolving community needs.

Community engagement was undertaken as part of the development of the 2025 AMP to help inform proposed levels of service. The 2025 Asset Management Plan was approved by Council on November 25, 2025, and is available below.
